EELC is a friendly and exciting place to work.  As in any childcare center, no two days are alike and each child brings a new adventure to the classroom.  We have six classrooms: Toddler 1 & 2, Preschool 1 & 2, Pre-Kindergarten and School Age.  We care for children from 12 months to 12 years.  Our program has been a part of the community since 1998 and our new owner took over in October of 2006.  We are looking for adults who love children, working with people and are friendly, professional and flexible. 

Being in the childcare field requires annual S.T.A.R.S. training, CPR/ First Aid Training, a Food Handlers card, TB testing and HIV/ Blood Borne Pathogen Training.  All of these things are required within six months of hire (we will help you find and register for these trainings), but are not needed in order to apply.  There are state scholarship options to help off-set the cost of these trainings and we would be more than happy to help you apply for them upon hire.
